Transmission slips out of gear

I have a 656 International (GAS) with the high and low range
The problem is that when you go down hill or over a rough bump
the transmission slips out of gear, this only does it on the
low range, but it will go again even if you have a 3 point plow
hooked on behind, any ideas, already adjusted the clutch.
