I did this on my pulling tractor, but it was on the intake port. I mixed JB weld with the grindings from porting and it has held for 7 yrs.
I dont think I would trust it on the exhaust side though. If you can get to it with a drill, you may be able to tap it and put a tapered plug in it
like they use for fixing cracks in heads. I think it would be very hard to braze it and make it leak
proof. I assume the hole is into the water jacket.
