International Harvester 656 hydrostatic transmision

My trnsmision no longer goes forward when warmed up, It goes fine when cold but once warmed up only reverse works.I was told to change the 2 relief valves but even after that I seen no difference. I put fresh oil (the manufacturer recomended oil) and still no diff. any sugestion would be apreciated, thanks
