Shame on you for suggesting he dump it on the road. It will soon be clasified as hazardous waste if it is not already. If it leaks on the ground it will kill plants there for years. Remember it was not long ago they would spread old oil on the roads to keep the dust down. No one that cares about the environment would do that now. Dispose of it properly, take it to a tire dealer. How much money are you really going to save dumping it?
