Bearing is a standard part; see your CaseIH dealer or a bearing supply house. End cap may be harder to find. If it won't stay fastened, try some Loctite or similar compound from an auto parts store. Check to see if there is a lot of play in the rest of the shaft assembly while you're messing with all this. That may be part of the reason things are coming apart. Grease will work in the gearbox, but it's pretty stiff in cold weather!
