Your discription leaves a lot of open ends. I think this would be a industrial tractor built in the late 60's-early70's. Serial number should be on the lower part of dash or under the battery. Does it have a loader on it? What kind of transmission?(clutch or instant reverse) Go look at it and get back to me.
