loader conversion to full hydraulics

I am searching for any advice/info on converting the front end loader on my Ford 801 to enable down pressure and bucket control. How do I determine if the existing front-mounted pump will be sufficient? How do I size the four 2-stage cylinders? What specs are req'd by the control valve? Where can I find these parts? Any other issues I am overlooking?
