way you know exactly what you have when something
needs fixed or replaced. I wouldn't be afraid of
the rust-I have seen rust free used cabs for $200. And patch
panels are easy to get. There again, If you fix it, or have it fixed, you know how well it was done and that it wont bubble out in six months.
