Co-op tractor VS Cockshutt

I have found a Co-op E-3 tractor for sell at what may be a reasonable price. I am not real intested in having a Co-op but would like a Cockshutt. Other then changing the center grill section would it be possable/acceptable to restore it as Cockshutt? If not are the decals available for a Co-op E-3? The color of the Co-op and Cockshutt are same are'nt they? What would a complete, restorable and running Co-op E-3 be worth? I'm thinking about $1000 give or take for condition. Any thoughts would be helpful. I usualy only buy Oliver so I am outside my comfort zone. I have always admired Cockshutts though and you do not see them much here Washington. Thanks!
