Jim, I agree with al. So long as the extra piston height does not run into heads or valves when theyre open and pistons up and theres no interference with any spark plug holes, its gonna give you more compression and power. As long as its not raising the compression so drastically that you get pre ignition spark knocking you should be fine. Domed pistons are an ordinary way to raise compression and power.
