I have a Landini Model R8550 and I have to throw my vote with Burrhead. I was probably the jerk who bought the one that got dumped. I knew it was "service challenged" before buying it and got an excellent price for the capacity. After spending 6 months badgering the parts dealer for the RIGHT part (I paid for the wrong one twice) it finally runs OK and has done the job. But nobody touches; nobody BREATHES on that tractor but me.

I still don't have an operators manual and if anybody knows where I can find one, I'd be grateful for some help.

In fact, if you still want a Landini, I might have one for sale....cheap.
