ARCHER, I HAVE A720D, 730D, 80D, AND A 820D. ONLY THE 820D STARTED TO MAKE THIS 'GOO'. IT WASN'T LONG AFTER THAT IT STARTED TO GET LOOSE IN THE BOTTOM END(KNOCKING!) I HAVE TO BELIEVE THAT YOUR TRACTOR IS GETTING VERY TIRED, MAYBE NEEDING A MOTOR JOB. THAT'S WHAT CURED OUR 820D. SORRY FOR THE BAD NEWS, BUT WORN RINGS WILL ALLOW OIL TO SEEP BY AND THERE IS YOUR GOO. USALLY FOLLOWED BY A RAIN STORM OF BLACK DROPLITS APON THROTTLING UP THE TRACTOR.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
