Ive had good success in using a carrige bolt when you punch out the bolt holes. you center the round head of the bolt on the gasket over the hole and then hit the end of the bolt. Put a bolt in the punched hole to maintain alignment and then continue around the bolt circle. You end up with perfectly aligned holes. I actually look forward to making gaskets.
