IH 340 power steering and hydraulic problems

My 340 just blew 2 hydraulic fittings (the same one blew twice) on the front end loader AND the power steering is acting crazy - the right wheel turns too fast and the left turns too slow and hard. At times the wheels go the opposite directions. Are these problems related and any ideas on the problem/fix? Thanks for any help.
