les, i had a man that worked for me about 6 months this last year, hired him for a federal half-way house close to here. he came to the states when he was about 10 yr. old. his aunts and uncles still live in cuba and we talked about the old machinery in cuba. he told me they find anyway that they can to keep things running. his uncle put a russian fork-lift moter in his 1955 chevy. dont know how but i guess they have to make do. he told me his grandad has a old JD tractor, did not know what it was. he said that all the cars and tractor and equitment that was there when castro took over is still there.maybe before long castro will leave us and we will be able to go and check out some of this stuff. charles
