I don't have the manual here but I do have one, rebuilt such an engine, if it is the same, some 20 years ago for a log splitter/cordwood saw that we still run. If you can't find a manual I could get the manual, it is at my folks, and copy it. e mail me if you want me to do this. First we should make sure it is the same engien. The one I have here is a 4 cylinder of about 20 hp, was used in an aircompressor I think. It is a flathead, with either a distributor on top of the head or a magnito on the right side behind the governor. The oil fill is on the left as I remember right next to the dipstick, and the oil fill is a maybe 1 1/4 " pipe.
