ROPS or NO ROPS, ya go pullin' ennything on enny tractor from that thar handy-dandy 3-point top-hitch under yer buttt an yer gonna pull any tractor over. ROPS or NOT. Ya gotta pull from BELOW the axle centerline. This is not to say, "don't need no stinkin' ROPS" but unless the driver is safely secured (belted) inside the protection zone of the ROPS, the driver is in danger. Do you think anyone would have belted up, just to pull down a tree? He11, he probably figgered just gonna get a runnin' start an pull that sucker down in a couple feet. Piece of cake. WRONG........respectfully, Dell......, the son of a safety engineer who used to buckle up to back the car outta the garage. Darnd Govt reqd safety interlocks.....

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
