I really appreciate all the responses , I know that I can't make any substantial amount of money from the agriculture end of things , I have a small herd of beef cattle , and there USED to be allot of dairies in my county but things are getting really tight, over half of them have gone out of business in the last ten years . I don't have my building up yet but I have my slab poured and have all of my structural steel bought and laying beside it . My wife's uncle and I are going to weld it up , insulate it and put the siding up and anything else that we can do ourselves , won't be going in debt for anything as far as the building goes . How I buy machinery is still up in the air . I'm 47 years old with 21 years with the same company and I feel I just need a change if you know what I mean . If things don't pan out , at least I will have a nice shop to work on my own tractors and equipment and hopefully everything paid for. Thanks again for all the good advise !!
