It's all been said I guess but I'll share my theory. First, apparently some guy thinks it's important for you to be aware that he's smarter than you, or so he would like to think. It's a shame but some people prey on others to elevate themselves in this way. Second, all of us out here are mechanically inclined or we wouldn't play with tractors BUT, for the most part, our knowledge pales in comparison to the folks that designed this equipment 50 years ago. My theory, in general, is that they designed this piece of equipment to work, not to destroy the tractor. If installed and operated properly, you will have no problems.
