HELP With a tractor case 580 old

To day, I made a mistake that I knew that I should not make but I managed to screw up and did it
I ran my diesel tractor out of gas. doo . I do know that you need to drain the air out of the system to get it running again. But there are a least 6 screws or bolts that look like they might be the one. Any idea if the bleeder valve might be on the top or on bottom of the injector pump and what they look like.
