Be patient. I've hauled a lot of tractors, normally from 1000 to 1200 miles. Never charged over $300. I don't do it for the money but it helps pay the diesel. The main thing I got out of it was meeting new friends. I am not a pro-hauler but make several trips to the west coast a year (visitation thing). Almost got in trouble last Dec, (2000) so I don't do it in the winter any more. Post on the hualing schedule. If you're not in a hurry someone like me will come along. I check about two weeks before each trip.
