Mark, It would be a bit of a stretch. You did not say if the "new to you" tires are radial or not. If they are tubless your rims might not be up to it. If they are tube type you might need new tubes. Here is a link to Firestones tractor tire page www.firestoneag.com/tiredata/ag/rear_tractor/rtr_fr.asp copy and paste this link and you will see the specifications for their economy tire in your size. Your rims may be 10" and the 12" tires may have already moved up one size. Check around these narrower lighter sizes should be much less expensive. If your F-20 is in good shape and looks good it might be worth a small investment in tires. Look at the total cost of mounting the "free" tires and work from there. I think it would be cheaper to buy the correct tires than to pay someone to modify your rims (unless you have your own machine or welding shop).
