I've used a 4wd Kubota with a loader, and it was one of the sweetest setups I've ever operated. Darn near orgasmic. At the other end of the spectrum, I've got an old 8N Ford and a loader with a hydraulic bucket. One of the most unworkable setups I've ever operated. So if I had any suggestion, I suppose it would be to consider what you're doing very carefully. It very well may be worth your while to get rid of a tractor (or two), and buy a good loader tractor setup, not a cobbed together one.
