A while back there was a posting on this board similar to yours and one of the replys was suggesting the use of body putty (bondo). He had done so with great success. I believe he then put a steering wheel cover on it. Perhaps he will see this and tell us again. I would like to know myself a more authentic looking coating than the wrap (black) that would hold up to the weather. Any ideas anyone? Brian
