There should be a metal tag on the left side, by the flywheel, or on the right side under the magneto or distributor. It will have the serial number.

Engine vibration could be caused by different things, but my first thoughts are that the flywheel is misaligned, or a part in the clutch (can't remember the name of the part!)

Value depends on alot of things. I couldn't really help with that.
