500 crawler

Need help on a 500 International crawler. Installing injection pump to tractor,need help in finding what the timing should be. I am working with 154 engine. There is some numbers with letters on the Injection pump (ECA63C)I don't know if that means anything. The pulley has a TDC mark and it has one other groove before the TDC mark, which i'am not sure if that groove is a 10 degree mark or not. I sure wish someone could help. Thanks Milo
