Use automotive bondo, Works very good. Once you
have the shape like you want it, spray it with a
black gloss lacguer. Will last for many years
looks real good too. The lacquer is gasoline
resistant also. I usually put 8 to 10 coats on
to provide lots of wear resistance. Each coat
of lacquer bonds to the previous layer, becomes
one very nice layer.
