Here in the humid northwest, its not an uncommon problem. If the usual rocking, etc., won't work, try starting it in reverse- that always worked on an IH 674 I had. If all else fails, tie the clutch pedal down and remove the starter, then feel around behind the flywheel and pressure plate to see how much clearance you have to get a tool in there. Make a tool by heating the blade of an old butcher knife the appropriate distance from the end and bending a 90 degree angle on the blade. Put it through the starter hole, and work the blade between the clutch disc and flywheel, in one of the gaps in the pressure plate. Move the flywheel to the next pressure plate gap with a crowbar, and repeat. Works every time.
