Rick, first thing, check oil level to see if its way over full and if so, see if its over filled up with gas (or wateer even). Possibly, the carbs float/needle valve failed to shut off the fuel and it over flowed the bowl and filled the crankcase with gas. If that happened, the plugs can be severely wet fouled out causing it not starting. Of course, if its not that it could be throwing oil because of a bad seal or something and not starting because of bad points or condensor or coil or plugs etc. John T in Indiana
