John Deere Styled D Loose Fly Wheel

I took mine off ,now I can't get it on tight.Ralph you commented in wieght of a styled D fly wheel. You said "don't take it off unless you have a John Deere wrench". How or why does that wrench get the bolts any tighter?........STEVE
