Robert, Im in the U.K. and have just started the restoration of an IH 276. I too have been making enquiries to try and find out about this model but with little success. I believe that these tractors were built in Bradford, Yorks, with possibly the engine being built at IH plant in Doncaster. These are very rare tractors in the U.K. mine's No 2096 The engine is the IH BD 144 which was also fitted to the 275 and the 354. A petrol engined version the BC 144 was also available. I believe the diesel engine was around 35 hp I think the 276 formed part of International's "world wide" series, and were produced from late 1960's to early 1970's. Perhaps someone can give us some more definate information? Regards, Pete.
