I am a 61 model, but I guess I skipped a generation in my equipment. I like the way things were built in the teens, 20s and 30s. I cook on a gasoline stove made around 1919, my drill press is a hand crank post drill great grandpa bought new( still looks new also!)The car I enjoy about the most is my 1924 Olds touring, my boat runs on coal or wood(1918 steam powered),My favorite tractor I have is a 1929 10-20 McCormick Deering, my record player has a crank and a tag that says Edison,a lot of my shop equipment is from that era or older and I use it all the time. I guess I really never liked the styling of most things made in 1961.
