There was a 30's or 40's black & white with some bank robber stuck with taking care of a 1/2 grown girl who looked like Shirley Temple. A car chase scene had them dodging a hard rubber tired "D JD grading the road.
Some "chick flick" with Michel Phifer or similar looking women playing a single mom working as waitress. The lead actress was riding on the back on a JD "R" as it bounced across the field.
