hello there. I have an MF-180 with similar problems and don't seem to find a solution. I've put a kit in it last summer but it's right back to the original problem. Also I had trouble finding the right parts schematic when I finally found it and took the pump apart I found that the assembly intruction didn't quite match the way the pump was put together in the first place. Realilzing that the pump, althgough was taking air, was working I went ahead and put it back together the way it come out. Obviously this was the wrong decision. I'm about to take it apart again and try to put together the exact way the schematics show. Maybe this will solve the problem but I have my doubts. Have you found a solution or a fix for the problem you were having? if so would you share it with me? Thanks in advance.
