I saw on the Dan Rather evening news Friday a story about a hobby farmer sueing Vemeer hay bayling mfg big time for his serious injurys from trying to work on cleaning the bailer..while it was STILL RUNNING. His lawyer was complaining loudly that the mfg was at fault for building a machine where anyone could get hurt (but he did NOT say that NOT following the warning signs was a leading cause) The lawyer seemed to indicate that a machine should be "totally enclosed"(shielded?) to keep away even stupid people who refuse to heed warning signs and use common sense. They probably will get money and everyone else has to help pay for this hobby farmers very common but stupid mistake of working on a running machine. There may still be a link to this story on Dan Rather's news. ralph
