Hi, I ran a CA for a few years. Very strong for its size. Check the brakes to see if they work. Most freeze up and are a real bummer to fix. If it has rear adjust hubs they are probably frozen. We were never able to break ours loose to adjust the width. The motor should be run wide open or near full throttle. The little bugger is built to run. We had to use mystery oil to keep the valves from sticking because it had set for years and had not run much. In Mich one with your description of exterior condition would fetch 700-1000. Alot depends on tire conditions, also. If she fires up and doesn/t knock when your put it in 2nd. and hold the brakes and give about 1/2 throttle she should be OK. Do this test when it has warmed up for at least 15 minutes. It will pull 2-14" plows in sand and 2-12" in heavy soil. 8' of drags was plenty and a 10 pull type IH digger kept her pretty hot. You will be getting an above average power horse for your money. During our 6 years or so we never had anything break. Just keep the fuel clean, add a bit of mystery oil and GO Good Luck,
