If you want your rims to last as long as the rest of the restoration, remove the tires after draining then sandblast and paint the rims and install with new tubes. IF the tires have always had CACL in them there may be deterioration in the rims. Alternatively you could also use a garden hose adapter and refill and drain the tires a couple of extra times with plain water to make sure there is no concentrated soloution left. Some say a little bit of CACL and a lot of air is worse than a whole tire full of it. You could also remove the rim from the wheel after you have drained most of it and lay it horizontal with the valve stem down ( I think either of the first two would be better) and pressureize it and drain it a couple of times with either air or water.
