Shep, Im Still trying to get into horse logging, gotta get rid of all me sheep before i can afford to get a logging horse, but it will all come together in the next little while. So far ive kinda planned a trip to cross the border at Eureka Mt head down to whitefish, kalispell, over to Elmo down to Plains mt then back up to Bonnersferry Id where we will head back home over the border. I have no idea what to expect along the route I just started typing in place names on a map at www.mapquest.com and this was the route i made. Where's a good place to spend the nite along this route, any good places to stop for picnic lunch or antique stores to check out ??? I picked this route becasue its about 8-10 hrs driving and have never seen any of this area before plus we only have two days to explore. Will keep an eye out for good fishin lakes for ya Robert !
