Hi Mike, while you calculating fees, don't forget to figure in the expense of flat tires from lost steel goodies in unfamilure terrain. if you ever bushhog an old homestead that is over grown, you can count on finding a spiked harrow or such with your tractor. I talk with the land owner and explain the risk. tell them how much tractor tires cost and agree that if a tire is cut, they will have to replace it. better to have your arguments up front.
