Power King tractor

I have a line on a power king tractor. Smaller, they say it has 24 inch rear wheels, hydraulic lift, electric clutch and belly mower with 3pt hitch. I really don't know too much about tractors but need one like this. They are asking 1700.00 for it. Looks pretty good. What does anyone think?
