Draining hydraulic system - IH 340

Just bought IH340 Utility. It has power steering and after-market loader. I live in Minnesota (freezing temps.) I think I got ice in the hydraulic system as I have blown hydraulic fittings (2 of the same fitting on the loader) and the power steering acts crazy. Now know I need to drain old fluid. How do I make sure I get all of the bad fluid out of the system, primarily the loader cylinders? Any help appreciated.
