Most any machine shop has a Sunnen pin hone for just the application you are talking about. These should size the pin bushing so that the pin will slowly slide through the rod with lubrication. These pin hones will align the bore in the bushing to the journal so that you do not create excess side pressure on the pin causing piston wear and excess piston keeper pressure.

Should only run about $10ea to have them fit.
