I have no idea of engine HP. I do know it had a 1 1/4" drive shaft. He had a clutch of the type common to gas engine driven water pumps at the time. I think it came with the engine. On the post below - father-in-law also had a Jeep with 3 point and PTO. PTO was shaft driven off the transfer case. Some cases had a "plug" on the back side for the PTO clutch and drive shaft. The 3 point was hydraulic powered with a belt driven pump under the hood. Same pump that was used to power some snowplow lifts at the time.
