Question about truck tires.....

I'm about to put new tires on my truck, 31x10.50x15. I wanted to put a mud traction tire. My brothers have Remington Wide Brutes on there trucks and like them alot. I was considering Remington Mud Brutes for mine. Someone told me Remington and Dunlop were the same company, is that true? Also, I heard B.F. Goodrich owned Medalist, which makes sport kings and mud kings. Any ideas? Can't afford B.F.G.'s, so that is out of the question. I'm looking for a mud tire or at least a really aggressive tread tire that I will get a fair amount of miles out of. Any suggestions?
