I agree with JW- paint the outer rims after the tires have been mounted. Too many things can and usually do go wrong at the tire shop. Fix up the inner surfaces of the rim first, have the tires mounted, then paint the outer (visable) surfaces. Remember, any overspray on the tires at all is a restoration faux pas. Dan
