Duetz 710 broken PTO

I have a duetz 710 tractor that the pto shaft broke off when i turned too short. how much work will it take to replace ? also this tractor has oil leak by clutch housing seems to be engine oil this is not my tractor i rented it now the man wants me to repair oil leak and all cost of any repairs i agree to pay for pto but i'm not so sure the oil leaks are my problem. can someone give me some input .
