IH 254 Auxiliary Hydraulics

I have an IH 254, 21 PTO horsepower. Manufactured by Mitsubishi around 1984. It does not have auxiliary hydraulics. Bush Hog lists a front end loader for this model tractor so I know auxiliary hydraulics can be fitted. Want to run a log splitter and perhasps a cement mixer with a hydraulic dump. Anyone know how to retrofit auxiliary hydraulics to this tractor?
