Have no direct experience with 8n motors, but typically when we'd find an old motor like a 283 chevy blowing lots of blow by out the oil filler and dipstick it was because all of the ring land end gaps had lined up on the piston from old age. Once this happend, it was blow-by city until you rebuilt. Suspect this is what has happened to your tractor motor. Best luck Jeff King
