As you have rough terrain and severe back problems, you might want to look at some of the zero-radius mowers. Kubotas are really nice, reliable, etc. but they are very expensive! Any of the zero-radius mowers are good, Ariens makes one that would be a good buy for your size lawn for about $3,000. Woods are nice too, you can get a snowblower for them but they might be too big and expensive for what you need.
