Shaft drive, 38" deck, cruise, and most importantly a cup holder. Since then I traded my cub in on my brothers Simplicity and I have a Deere LX172 our business owned. Pros 2135 Cup holder--Shaft drive Cons Much louder--Developed a bad oil leak w/21 hrs.-- poor traction going with the slope in my yard-- hard starting Deere LX172 Pros Extra hp--much quiter--better starting-- by far a heavier deck with more idler wheels, plus a nicer finish cut. Much better traction (BTW same wheel size/type) Cons Lost the cup holder-- won't steer for crap with a full bag (Cub didn't have a bagger)-- belt driven (will slip on steep grade in higher gear
